An Overview of Coverage

All Team Members are automatically eligible for the Venetian Information Support Treatment & Answers (VISTA) program. Services are provided by Harmony Healthcare. Each Team Member receives a VISTA card with the VISTA phone number.

The VISTA program is designed to help you and your household family members with many different stressful situations. Common situations that VISTA advisors help with are legal, financial and family support issues. They also help you find child care and elder care. In addition, the program offers one free cab ride per year ($25 maximum) for a Team Member who is unable to drive safely due to alcohol.

The VISTA Program includes the following free confidential services:

Private counseling (six sessions per incident per year per dependent)
Consultations with legal and financial experts
Referrals for child and elder care
Resource material about specific life issues
Wellness training
Quarterly wellness newsletter
